This personal data processing policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 (hereinafter — the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure personal data security undertaken by the Limited Liability Company "SERVICE OIL & GAS PARTS" (hereinafter — the Operator).

1.1. The Operator’s primary goal and condition for carrying out its activities is the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal, and family secrets.
1.2. This policy of the Operator regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website http://снгд.рф/.

2. 2.1. Automated Processing of Personal Data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
3. 2.2. Blocking of Personal Data — temporary cessation of processing personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary for clarification of personal data).

Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Operator — a government body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual, acting alone or jointly with others, organizing and/or performing the processing of personal data and determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
9. 2.8. Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website http://снгд.рф/.
10. 2.9. Personal Data Permitted for Distribution — personal data, access to which has been provided by the subject of personal data by giving consent for the processing of personal data for distribution, in accordance with the Personal Data Law (hereinafter — personal data permitted for distribution).
11. 2.10. User — any visitor to the website http://снгд.рф/.
12. 2.11. Provision of Personal Data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
13. 2.12. Distribution of Personal Data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or to making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.
14. 2.13. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data — transfer of personal data to a foreign state authority, a foreign physical or legal entity.
15. 2.14. Destruction of Personal Data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system impossible, and/or the destruction of physical carriers of personal data.
16. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator
17. 3.1. The Operator has the right to:

19. — in case the subject of personal data withdraws consent for processing personal data, or submits a request for termination of personal data processing, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject if there are grounds specified in the Personal Data Law;
20. — independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the obligations under the Personal Data Law and regulations adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.

3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
— provide the subject of personal data, upon their request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data;
— organize the processing of personal data in accordance with current Russian Federation legislation;
— respond to inquiries and requests from the subjects of personal data and their legal representatives as required by the Personal Data Law;
— provide the authorized body for personal data rights protection with necessary information within 10 days from receiving such a request;
— publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
— take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as other unlawful actions in relation to personal data;
— stop the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing, and destroy personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Law;
— perform other duties as provided by the Personal Data Law.

2. 4.1. The subjects of personal data have the right to:
3. — receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided by federal laws. Information is provided by the Operator in an accessible form and should not contain personal data of other subjects, unless there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it is established by the Personal Data Law;
4. — require the Operator to clarify their personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take legal measures to protect their rights;
5. — demand the preliminary consent of the subject before processing personal data for marketing purposes;
6. — withdraw consent for personal data processing and submit a request to stop processing personal data;
7. — challenge unlawful actions or omissions by the Operator regarding the processing of their personal data in the authorized body for protection of personal data subjects' rights or in court;
8. — exercise other rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. The subjects of personal data are obliged to:
— provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves;
— inform the Operator of any updates (changes, modifications) to their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provide the Operator with false information about themselves or about another subject of personal data without consent bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Conditions for Processing Personal Data
7.1. Personal data is processed with the consent of the subject of personal data for the processing of their personal data.
7.2. Personal data processing is necessary to achieve the goals provided by international agreements of the Russian Federation or the law, to carry out the functions, powers, and duties assigned to the operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. Personal data processing is necessary for the administration of justice, execution of a court order, or another act of a public authority or official to be executed according to the Russian Federation’s laws on enforcement proceedings.
7.4. Personal data processing is necessary to execute a contract to which the subject of personal data is a party or a beneficiary or guarantor, or to conclude a contract initiated by the subject of personal data or a contract where the subject of personal data will be the beneficiary or guarantor.
7.5. Personal data processing is necessary for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the operator or third parties or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data are not violated.
7.6. Personal data processing is carried out for data that is publicly available or shared at the request of the subject of personal data (hereinafter — publicly available personal data).
7.7. Personal data processing is carried out for data that must be published or disclosed in accordance with federal law.
Procedure for Collecting, Storing, Transferring, and Other Processing of Personal Data
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation on personal data protection.
8.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
8.2. Personal data of the User will never be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the fulfillment of applicable law or if the subject of personal data has consented to the Operator for transferring the data to a third party for the performance of civil law obligations.
8.3. If inaccuracies in personal data are found, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address office@s-ngd.ru with the subject "Personal Data Update."
8.4. The processing period of personal data is determined by the achievement of the goals for which the personal data was collected, unless a different period is specified in a contract or applicable law. The User can withdraw their consent to process personal data at any time by sending a notification via email to the Operator at office@s-ngd.ru with the subject "Withdrawal of Consent to Process Personal Data."
8.5. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication services, and other providers, is stored and processed by those entities (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including the service providers mentioned in this section.
8.6. Restrictions imposed by the subject of personal data on the transfer (except for providing access), as well as on processing or conditions of processing (except for receiving access) of personal data permitted for distribution, do not apply in cases of personal data processing in state, public, and other public interests as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data when processing it.
8.8. The Operator stores personal data in a form that allows identification of the subject of personal data no longer than is necessary for the processing purposes unless a longer retention period is established by federal law or a contract in which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor.
8.9. The processing of personal data may cease when the processing goals are achieved, when the consent expires, when the consent is withdrawn by the subject of personal data, or when the processing is requested to stop, or if unlawful processing is identified.
List of Actions Performed by the Operator with Received Personal Data
9.1. The Operator carries out the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
9.2. The Operator carries out automated processing of personal data with the receipt and/or transmission of the received information over information and telecommunication networks, with or without it.
Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
10.1. The Operator must notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data before commencing the cross-border transfer of personal data (this notification is sent separately from the notification about the intention to process personal data).
10.2. Before sending the above notification, the Operator must obtain relevant information from the authorities of a foreign state, foreign individuals, or foreign legal entities to whom the personal data is to be transferred.
Confidentiality of Personal Data
The Operator and other persons who have access to personal data must not disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the subject of personal data unless otherwise required by federal law.

12.1. The User can receive any clarifications on questions regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at office@s-ngd.ru.
12.2. This document will reflect any changes to the personal data processing policy of the Operator. The policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
